Madeliene brings extensive experience and expertise to Gemi having previously worked in legal private practice and accounting. Her experience spans the areas of mergers and acquisitions, advising on commercial contracts, advising on mortgage recovery, insolvency law and acting in complex commercial litigation, including appearing in various superior courts.
Madeliene holds a Juris Doctor in Law, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney. Madeliene was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2018.
Madeliene works across a broad spectrum of areas at Gemi, with a particular focus on the management and recovery of loans and litigation.
