Gemi has advanced $7.1m to assist with the completion of the construction of a 44 bed residential aged care facility in Sydney’s south-west suburb of Sans Souci. On completion, the property will comprise of a two story plus basement aged care facility, a rooftop terrace, and extensive amenities including lounge areas, and a hairdressing salon.
