Gemi advanced a $15.9m first mortgage loan to the boutique property development firm, Macarthur Projects for their latest project in Gosford. The project entails the construction of a 26 and 28 story tower comprising of 342 residential apartments, 167 hotel rooms, parking, and retail spaces, well located in the heart of the regional hub.
