Gemi provided $5.2m for a North Rocks development project. The project involves the development of 50 townhouses by an experienced builder developer, well known to Gemi. The suburbs proximity to Sydney’s second CBD – Parramatta, local schools and a number of shopping centres are attractive features for families and home buyers.
