Gemi advanced a $14.3m first mortgage loan for the Evergold Gardens development in Arncliffe, to a developer well known to Gemi. The development on completion will offer designer living, in an exclusive Parkside & Cityside location, just 10.5 km south of the Sydney CBD with great transport linkages.
